Returns and Refunds

Return window

Request a return within 30 days of the invoice date. Approved parts must reach our warehouse within 30 days of when we issue your Return Authorisation. Parts must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Get a Return Authorisation first

Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the part number, the quantity, and the reason. We reply with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the return address. We cannot process parcels that arrive without an RA number.

Items that cannot be returned

These items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• special-order and non-stock parts;
• electrical and electronic components;
• opened, installed, cut, or altered parts;
• hazardous materials, paints, chemicals, lubricants, and batteries.

Restocking and return freight

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee per line item, which reflects our cost to inspect, repackage, and return parts to stock. You pay return shipping and must prepay freight. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Defective or incorrect parts

If a part arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We cover return freight and send a replacement or a full refund, with no restocking fee. If a part returned as defective tests as working, the standard restocking fee and a testing fee apply.

Core charges

Some parts carry a core charge. We refund it when the original core comes back in rebuildable condition through the same RA process.

Refunds

We credit approved refunds to your original payment method within five to ten business days after the part arrives and passes inspection. You get an email once it posts.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no charge any time before it is submitted to our supplier. Once a part has shipped, the return process above applies. See our Terms of Service for how orders are accepted.
