Business use

parts.zuma.ca is a business-to-business store. You confirm that you are buying for a business, not as a consumer for personal, family, or household use, and that you are authorised to bind your business.

Orders and acceptance

Product listings are an invitation to do business, not an offer. When you submit an order you make an offer to buy. Our order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it is not our acceptance.

We accept your order only when the parts ship. Until then we may decline or cancel all or part of an order and refund you, for example because of a pricing or stock error, a failed review, suspected fraud, or supplier unavailability. No order reaches our supplier without that check.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. They do not include taxes, shipping, or freight. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before a part ships, even after an order is placed.

We charge GST or HST based on your delivery province, plus 7% BC PST on goods used in British Columbia. If you are exempt, for example buying for resale, give us your PST number or a completed exemption certificate before checkout.

Shipping and freight

Small parts ship by parcel with shipping shown at checkout. Heavier or oversized parts ship by LTL freight, which we quote and confirm with you before the part ships and before we charge it. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Title and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parts leave our or our supplier's premises (FOB shipping point). You are responsible for inspecting deliveries and noting transit damage on the carrier's receipt.

Returns

Returns follow our Returns and Refunds policy. Some items are final sale, and a restocking fee may apply.

Warranties and fitment

Parts carry only the warranty, if any, offered by their manufacturer or our supplier, which we pass through to you. To the extent the law allows for business buyers, we disclaim all other warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, including those of merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose.

Catalogue data, images, and compatibility notes are provided to help you choose and may contain errors. We do not guarantee fit. Confirm a part against your equipment's serial number and parts manual, or ask us to verify, before you install it.

Independent reseller

Zuma is an independent reseller of aftermarket and genuine parts. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the equipment manufacturers whose names we use, only to identify the parts they fit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuma Parts Canada is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, downtime, or loss of business, arising from the site or any part bought through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the part that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms removes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape pricing or availability data.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures beyond our reasonable control, such as supplier or carrier problems, customs holds, labour disputes, or natural disasters.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes and entire agreement

We may revise these terms. The Last updated date above shows the current version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us for your use of the site. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
